• Clean temporary files, temporary internet files, cookies, history, index.dat files, start up, and many other areas.
• Clean Windows registry.
• Remove unwanted or trial software applications.
• Remove old system restore points & set a new system restore point.
• Update spyware & antivirus definitions
• Install critical Windows updates
• Configure firewall & automatic updates
• Make sure computer is operating properly (system checks & catching problems before they get bad)
• Check printer ink levels
• Check system backups (if customer is backup service plan customer)
• Clean PC inside & outside (once every 6 months)
• Install surge protector or battery backup (customer provided hardware or purchase from Axim Technology Solutions)
• Recommendation for service & system upgrades.
• Minimum of a six month service agreement required.
